went to school with betty today for an interview for the Student Ambassadors for design school. abit stressful during the interview itself, asked me questions where i had to decide whether or not i should lie and give a good impression or not. fortunately, i stuck with not lying and still managed to get a good impressions from them, since i'm in, and so is betty. praise God.after the interview thing we went to the library to get betty's friend, who is not from TP, so i'm wondering what the heck betty did to psycho her into coming all the way there from woodlands. i didn't really interact with her much, if at all. went down to design canteen for lunch, where another of betty's friend, lydia, joined us. this one i interacted with considerably more, since, a)we met before, and b)she's the crazy one. and also she happens to be the same height as the person who decided to come over to my table at the canteen and accidentally splash my whole face with water from the bottle i gave her for Christmas, and may i say that this friend also happens to be the only friend to accompany me from YI to TP. so, since lydia and this friend from YI happens to be the same height, me, being me, had a field day in making fun of her.after the lunch they wanted to watch blades of glory at tampines mall, so i went with them. i would much rather had watched shrek 3 or pirates 3, but blades wasn't half bad. quite good, and funny, actually. now i partly know what james was talking about when he said it rocked. haha.and to the people actually bothering to read this: i haven't watched shrek 3 and pirates 3 yet, hint hint, wink wink. so came back home, shagged, cause i after hours of tossing around in bed the ngiht before i only managed a few hours sleep.so sad, the 9 o'clock show ended last night. channel 8 finally came up with something decent and now they're trying to replace the show with another crappy show helmed by young people. channel 8 should stick to what it does best, family-orientated drama serials, instead of trying to mass produce "the next big thing", giving lead roles to lesser actors. i mean no offence to joanne peh (although i mean every offence to the lead guy of the new show), but seriously, compared to the veterans, these young guys suck. think about it, the previous show had so little young "eye candy", most of them are already above 30 and married. i'm not sure if the person playing "ziling" is one of the young guns, but her look suits her childish character. looking at this new show, even the trailers suck! man, i think they're jsut relying on the eye candy factor.another sad news, carrie chong left 98.7fm!!!! when did this happen?! i wasn't there! so sudden... ok, well, may i haven't been listening to carrie's show, but she's like, one of the lead people in the station! her leaving is like the steve jobs leaving apple. let's hope the station can come up with another person like her, or train one of the other DJs...well, that's it from me, enough whining. time to slack.
