watched ghost tunnel on tuesday. with me was wj, james, meihui and zilah.
the movie was ok i guess, largely thanks to the SUPER KAWAII FEMALE LEAD which i don;t have any clue what's her name. ah well.
i thought the movie was in thai or something, since i really didn't do that much reading up on it. just decided to tag along for the movie. alas, the movie was from japan, and that would explain the
SUPER KAWAII FEMALE LEAD.
it was nice hanging out with friends, but in the end, we had to go our separate ways (sounds so korean drama-ish). i went to holland v with zilah and wj, went past delifrance, where zilah sneaked off with a chocolate eclair, thanks to sean. if it was any other person at the counter, maybe accept for ridzuan, i doubt she'll be able to get away without paying for it. so we walked around, went to the coffeeshop and bought lunch, if you could actually call it lunch. wj made the comment of the day: "i come all the way to holland v just to buy eggs." fyi, he bought half boiled eggs.
at around 4.40, l left the both of them for work, which was five minutes walk away from the coffeeshop. the toilet is so cramped, by the time i finished changing, it was just about time to start work.
burned my hand during closing while i was cleaning the fryer. used a pair of tongs to hold the cloth while i was cleaning it, then all of a sudden the tongs slipped into the oil, taking my hand with it. left with a red mark on my right hand now, just hope it won't leave a scar.
didn't work yesterday, went out to play pool with wj, edward, umesh, fiez and yuting, before meeting zilah and dan to go to madjack's, where kok and memah worked. looked at the pics in wj's cam, and when i saw how everyone was getting together and me being unable to join them, got sad and gloomy for awhile. i know with people like sharon working a 11 hour shift, and the rest of the week with a schedule pretty much similar to mine, i'm not one to complain, but i guess i'm just someones who needs the company of friends.
so, in conclusion, thailand sucks (i know, random). well, their soccer team, that is. yea, sure, they kick the heck out of balls, but they just don't have sportsmanship. i mean, its just a penalty that decides whetehr you win the ASEAN cup or not, no big deal, nothing to get the whole team to walkout of the pitch, causing the penalty to be taken 15 minutes late. guess they just had no confidence in their goalkeeper, which i guess was well based, seeing how he was helpless to stop the ball from going into the net. ah well, just hope the whole of the singapore team, the coach, the manager and basically, any singaporean going to thailand for the second leg of the match, won't get killed by protesters.
3.37, have to get ready to go to work. next time i'm not working is saturday, and winnie's gonna teach me how to give bs! woot! haha.. till then...
